Oxymels are an herbal extract harnessing the benefits of vinegar and raw honey.   
Our Elderberry-Turmeric Oxymel  takes weeks to make, as we begin with Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and  slowly infuse it with organic Elderberries, Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Clove, and Black Peppercorns.   
      After a minimum of 4 weeks, we strain and press each batch for flavor and potency.  Finally we blend in Local Pure Raw Honey for an herbal tonic that is as delicious as it is nourishing.
