A nourishing blend of Organic Elderberries, Nettle, Oatstraw, Rosehips, Hibiscus, Lemon and Ginger.
 
Directions:
Add 1/2 tbsp per 12 fluid ounces of water.  Cover and simmer on lowest setting for 5 minutes with lid on. Remove from heat and allow to steep an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy as is, or sweeten with honey to taste.
 
Makes approximately 20 cups of tea.
