8 ounces hot water *not too too hot, because we don’t want to kill off all the good living microbes in the honey and apple cider vinegar!
1 Tbsp Elderberry-Turmeric Oxymel
A squeeze of fresh lemon, if desired
Preparation
Pour one cup of hot water into your favorite mug!
Add Elderberry-Turmeric Oxymel and a squeeze of fresh lemon, if desired.
