Ingredients
â…” cup fresh lemon juice, (about 10 lemons)
½ cup honey
½ – 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
3 Tbsp Elderberry Syrup
3 cups cold water
Preparation
Add the honey + ½ cup water to medium sauce pan.
Warm on low, until honey is fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and blend in remaining 2.5 c water, Elderberry Syrup, lemon juice and zest.
Pour into popcicle molds, freeze (4 hours or overnight) and Enjoy!
